EGGLESS CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE

 
RECIPE OF EGG-LESS CHOCOLATE CAKE


For a perfect molten chocolate lava cake recipe, you'll need the following ingredients.
 

INGREDIENTS AND MEASUREMENTS  FOR THE EGG-LESS CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE :
  •   ½ cup - Maida / Plain Flour / All-Purpose Flour
  •  ½ cup -  Powdered Sugar / Castor Sugar 
  •  ¼ cup - Cocoa Powder
  •    pinch of Salt
  •  ¼ tsp - Baking Soda
  •  1 cup -  Milk
  •  ½ tsp - Baking Powder
  • 15 to 20  - Chocolate pieces
  •  1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
  •  ¼ cup  - Oil / Butter
  •  Aluminum Mould


INSTRUCTIONS :

  • The first step is to sieve the  Maida / Plain Flour / All Purpose Flour  (according to your preference). Then add Cocoa Powder,  Powdered Sugar / Castor Sugar, Baking Powder,  Baking Soda, and a pinch of salt.
       BEFORE PROCEEDING ONTO THE NEXT STEP MIX IN WELL ALL THE DRY           INGREDIENTS 


  • The second step is to add in Vanilla Extract and Oil / Butter.

  • Add Milk and then whisk the batter without making any lumps.
       WHISK THE BATTER UNTIL IT BECOMES SMOOTH AND CONSISTENCE 

  • Before pouring in the batter put Butter Paper and the grease your Aluminium Mould with Butter/oil. Then add the cake batter.

  • After setting the batter add chocolate pieces at the center with the help of a stick, gently push the pieces inside, and cover with the batter.

  • Preheat the oven at 150 degrees for 15 minutes and then keep the batter inside at 180 degrees for 20-23 minutes. 
     USE A KNIFE OR A FORK AND POKE IT IN THE CAKE TO SEE IF ITS STICKING OR NOT.

  • Cool the cake for about 5-6 minutes.

  • Now gently pat and invert the cake into the serving plate.
 
serve the HOT EGGLESS CHOCOLATE LAVA CAKE with Vanilla Ice-cream or with your favorite berry sauce.
